Is this worth Valuing?

Looking at your values and being clear about what they are is a key factor in arriving at a place where you are comfortable with yourself.

What is it that really matters to the you?

Do you value being part of a strong team?

Do you value having autonomy?

Do you value having flexi time?

Do you value having clear boundaries?

Do you value being able to make family a priority?

Do you value complete openness and honesty?

The list goes on...

So what would happen if you gave your values a more prominent place in your life?

If your values and behavior are not in line, inner conflict will occur.

If you find yourself in a position where your values are not the same as the environment you are working in, not only inner conflict will occur, there may be outer conflict as well.

You don't want to find yourself in a position where you are constantly being challenged to change or even drop your values.

Your values are worth clarifying in your quest to find more fulfillment in your work and in your personal life as well.

Definitely worth valuing!

( I think I've used up my quota for the word "value" today )
